Difficult to predict the future? Then our Flex tickets, which are designed to accommodate unforeseen events, are the safest and smartest choice. You can change your ticket free of charge up to 30 minutes before departure or get a refund.
Smart cancellation protection
Anyone can become ill, which can lead to having to cancel a planned trip. If you add our cancellation protection to your online booking, you can relax in the knowledge that your ticket will be refunded if something unforeseen should happen to you or someone in your immediate family.
Useful travel app
Did you know that our Travel Assistant app can make life easier when you take a trip? You can check in from any location, even without an internet connection. You can also easily add Fast Track, select your favourite seat and add extra baggage to your booking. If your flight information changes, you'll get a notification in the app.
Low-price tickets – easy to change
Things happen and plans change. We totally understand this. That's why we've made it easy to change most bookings online. With our LowFare and LowFare+ ticket types, you can easily change the time, date and name of the traveller for an additional fee, before departure.
24-hour grace period
Because it should be easy to change your plans, we offer a free grace period. You can receive a refund up to 24 hours after making your booking, and minimum 24 hours before departure. Otherwise, regular terms and conditions apply.
