There is a strike amongst Air Traffic Controllers in Norway and this may affect some flights.

If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you will be contacted using the contact information registered in your booking.

An agreement is not reached between Norsk Flygelederforening and Spekter and Air Traffic Controllers in Avinor in Norway are on strike , which will affect our flights. Delays and cancellations must unfortunately be expected.

Do I need to contact Norwegian?
If your flight is affected by the strike, we will contact you!

The strike is causing high pressure on Norwegian’s customer service, and wait times are longer than usual.
My flight is canceled or delayed. What do I do now?
If your flights is cancelled or suffers a lengthy delay, we will do all we can in order to assist you with rebooking, accommodation and meals, or provide you with a swift refund if you should decide not to travel. 
Is my flight affected?

What are my rights?
If your flights is cancelled or suffers a lengthy delay, we will do all we can in order to assist you with rebooking, accommodation and meals, or provide you with a swift refund if you should decide not to travel.

From 2 April 2025, most European citizens visiting UK need to get an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before you travel. This is a new rule for everyone who doesn't need a visa to enter the UK.

12 October 2025, EU introduced the new Entry/Exit System (EES) for non-Schengen travellers entering the Schengen area. EES will replace passport stamps with electronic registration, which may mean longer queues at border control, so preregistration via the Travel to Europe app is recommended.

Norwegian will operate to and from terminal 2C in Barcelona.
