Extra Spenn
You earn an additional 2 Spenn per 1 Euro spent on Norwegian flight tickets. This is the first benefit you achieve automatically after 8 flights within 12 months.
For example, you usually earn 1 Spenn per 1 Euro spent on LowFare tickets, but with the Extra Spenn benefit, you’ll earn a total of 3 Spenn per 1 Euro spent on LowFare tickets. You can achieve this benefit up to 3 times. This means you can achieve up to 6 extra Spenn per 1 Euro spent on flights with this benefit.
Free standard seat reservation
You can reserve any standard seat for free. You can choose this benefit when you have flown 16 times within 12 months. Once you have activated this benefit, you can book flights on our website and reserve your seat for free for at least 12 months.
Free Fast Track
Receive free access to Fast Track and spend less time in airports. You can choose this benefit when you have flown 16 times within 12 months. Fast Track is available at selected airports.

Once you have activated this benefit, you can book flights on our website and add your overhead cabin bag free of charge for at least 12 months, subject to availability in the cabin.
If you qualify to receive benefits and you are earning Spenn on your flights, the extra CashPoints benefit will become the Extra Spenn benefit, and if you already have the No CashPoint expiry benefit as part of Norwegian Reward Priority, you will also have a no Spenn expiry benefit (only applies to Spenn earned on Norwegian products and services).
Every single trip counts as one flight. This includes flights with stopovers. If you, for instance, fly Trondheim-Oslo-London-Oslo-Trondheim, this counts as four flights.
You have to ensure that your Reward Number is added when you book a flight to make it count. You can also add your Reward Number retrospectively for up to 30 days after the date of departure. You can find your Reward Number on your profile page.
Note: We only count the flights where you have actually travelled and flown.
It is simple to activate your benefits on your profile.
You receive your first Extra Spenn benefit automatically after eight flights during the previous 12 months. You subsequently choose any further benefits yourself. Chosen benefits are activated when you have enough qualifying flights.
You can use your activated benefits when you log in and book a flight on www.norwegian.com. Once you reach 32 flights within 12 months and get Norwegian Reward Priority, we will activate all benefits for you.
Your activated benefits are locked for 12 months, and cannot be changed during that period. You can add further benefits as your number of qualifying flights increase.
Each benefit is available for 12 months from the last time you had the specified sufficient number of qualifying flights.
Activated benefits can only be used at the time of booking.
When you have activated a benefit, it is connected to your Reward profile. Log in when you book tickets on www.norwegian.com for automatic access to your active benefits during booking.
Your benefits are personal to you and can therefore only be used on your own ticket and flights.
Your benefits are personal to you. If you book on behalf of other travellers you can add their Reward Number to the booking. If your travelling companions have active benefits of their own, these will be available for use on the same booking.
Yes, but only if you give your Reward Number to the travel agent or tour operator and instruct them to register this when they book the flight. Your Reward Number appears in all your email statements from Norwegian Reward, in the Norwegian App and when you log in to your Reward profile.

Terms and Conditions for Norwegian Reward benefits
- Terms for benefits are subject to the membership terms of Norwegian Reward.
- Benefits aim to give members of Norwegian's loyalty programme an even smoother journey, for less.
- Earning and use of benefits is personal and they cannot be sold, exchanged or used commercially.
- Benefits are only available to physical persons who are members of Norwegian Reward.
- The value of a benefit cannot be paid out in cash or sold.
- The available benefits will vary with regards to content (which benefits they provide), qualifying activity and the period in which they can be earned and used.
- Qualifying activity or purchase for earning benefits will vary. Earning, validity period and use of benefits will take place according to the information published on norwegianreward.com at any time.
- Earning of benefits takes place by the member’s activities and electronic purchase from the airline Norwegian.
- Air travel that has taken place with Norwegian qualifies for the earning of benefits. The member's Reward Number can either be registered during the booking process or later, in accordance with the current rules for delayed registration. All flights with Norwegian qualify for benefits, as long as the Reward Number is registered in the booking.
- Earned benefits are available for 12 months from the last time sufficient qualifying journeys were registered. This may change, should Norwegian Reward, for instance, make benefits with shorter or longer validity periods available, or allow the benefits to be used only a certain number of times.
- Some corporate booking agreements can be excluded from earning and use of CashPoints/Spenn and/or benefits.
- You can choose between 5 different benefits. The maximum number of optional benefits that can be activated is 2. When you reach 32 flights we will activate all available benefits for you. This may be subject to change.
- Optional earned benefits only become available when the member has selected and activated their next benefit, except for the first Extra Spenn benefit, which is automatically activated when the member reaches 8 qualifying flights within the previous 12 months.
- Members can choose which benefit they wish to have at the next qualifying frequency.
- Benefits may be activated when the member has enough qualifying activity/flights. Activated benefits cannot be changed.
- In order to use their benefits, the member must be logged in to Norwegian’s web pages (www.norwegian.com) with their Reward profile when booking flight tickets. Seat reservation and checked baggage and cabin baggage must be actively added during the booking process, and are only available when booking directly on norwegian.com. Baggage benefits can only be added to the booking according to the maximum number of bags allowed per passenger, after which Norwegian’s standard excess baggage fee will apply. Overhead cabin baggage is subject to available space in the cabin. Extra Spenn and Fast Track are automatically added to the flight, either when booking through a third party, such as a travel agency, or on norwegian.com. The member's Reward Number must be added when booking through a third party in order to use extra CashPoints/Spenn and Fast Track benefits. Fast Track is only valid when travelling with Norwegian.
- Use of benefits applies only to bookings on Norwegian’s web pages, with the exception of extra Spenn, where increased earning of Spenn as a result of a benefit is awarded independent of the booking channel. You cannot add benefits to already booked and/or paid bookings.
- The member’s access to activated benefits at the time of booking decides the Norwegian benefits the member has access to.
- CashPoint earning on flight tickets is limited to a maximum of 11%.
- Spenn earning on flight tickets is limited to a maximum of 11 Extra Spenn per 1 Euro spent.
- In the case of several passengers booking at once, either all or none in the booking can choose seat reservations or Fast Track. If a member has access to a benefit, for example, free seat reservation, the cost of a seat reservation shall be deducted from the total amount. If one does not want to pay for seat reservations for the other travellers within the same booking, the other travellers must be booked on a separate booking.
In addition, Norwegian Reward membership terms and Norwegian’s conditions of transport apply.
