If you've left something on one of our flights, please get in touch with lost and found at your arrival airport.

Oslo Gardermoen

Stockholm Arlanda

You can search for your missing item online or contact Bagport after 24 hours.

Copenhagen Kastrup

Items found onboard will be delivered to the police + 45 38 74 88 22.
For items lost at the airport, you can contact lost and found.

London Gatwick

You can contact lost and found at the airport.

Other airports

Lost and found items will be held by the lost and found office at the airport for at least 7 days. Contact information for the different airports can often be found online.

NOTE! Passports and other government issued documents will be handed over to the local law enforcement office, while duty free items will be delivered to customs.
