Left something on your flight? Please get in touch with lost and found at your arrival airport. Keep in mind that it can take a few days for forgotten items to be collected, registered, and delivered, so we highly recommend contacting them again if your item hasn't turned up right away.

Copenhagen Kastrup

Items found onboard will be delivered to the police + 45 38 74 88 22.
For items lost at the airport, you can contact lost and found.

You can contact lost and found at the airport.

Other airports

Lost and found items will be held by the lost and found office at the airport for at least 7 days. Contact information for the different airports can often be found online.

NOTE! Passports and other government issued documents will be handed over to the local law enforcement office, while duty free items will be delivered to customs.
