We know it's nice to have what you need at your fingertips. That's why all our tickets include a generous hand baggage allowance – just be careful not to overpack!
One carry-on bag included
You can always bring one carry-on bag in the cabin free of charge. Your ticket type will determine how heavy it can be.
Travelling to/from Dubai? Your carry-on bag must not exceed 8 kg. This is due to weight restrictions on board these flights.
LowFare, LowFare+, Premium
10 kg – 55 x 40 x 23 cm
15 kg – 55 x 40 x 23 cm
One small personal item extra
You can also bring one small personal item on board. This could be a little handbag or a slim laptop case that fits comfortably under the seat in front of you.
Make sure you don't overpack! Bulky hand bags, shopping bags or large laptop cases may not qualify as a small personal item. If you have too much baggage, you'll have to pay to check it in.
Need more bags?
It's quick and easy to order an extra checked bag online.
Children and infants
Infant (under 2 years)
There is no hand baggage allowance for infant tickets, but you can bring a reasonable amount of baby food and milk/formula for the flight.
Children (2 to 11 years)
If you purchase a child ticket, your child can bring the amount of hand baggage and checked baggage that their ticket type allows.
Ever watched someone getting their expensive perfume or favourite tube of cheese confiscated at security? Don't be that person!
Don't get held up at security!
There are some things that you're never allowed to take on board, so for your own sake, make sure you know exactly what's in your carry-on baggage.
