Say hello to our new membership levels, making it easier to see your journey towards new benefits. New to the programme? You start with Member status. For every eighth flight you take in a year, you move up a level to Traveller, Bronze, Silver and finally, Gold.
Membership levels
How you move from one level to another is really quite simple. All you need to do is fly eight times within 12 months. As long as you have enough flights, you'll retain your level for one year from your last qualifying flight. If you fly more or less, you will move up or down a level.
Did you know that a flight with a stopover counts as two flights? In other words - if you fly from Bodø to Oslo to Milan and back, you have taken four flights and are halfway to the next level.

You've received your first benefit; extra points. That means that when you book flights and enter your membership number, you get 2 extra Spenn points for every 1 Euro you spend on flight bookings, or 2% CashPoints if you live outside the Nordics. Your next ticket just got even cheaper!
You can now choose another benefit! Fancy some free checked baggage or free seat reservation? Choose whatever suits you, and enjoy the benefit on your next flight with Norwegian or Widerøe.
In addition to your first two benefits, you can now choose one more. How does Fast Track sound? Or bringing free hand baggage on board? The choice is yours, and you can use the benefit for a whole year. That’s a big benefit!
You've reached our highest membership level. In other words, you've flown 32 times in the past year. And because you are one of our very best customers, you now get all the benefits in our loyalty programme, plus some that we only give to Gold members.
