In the airport
- Scan your own boarding pass and board at a safe distance from your fellow passengers.
On board your flight
- Our aircraft are fitted with the latest HEPA air filters, capturing almost 100% or airborne microbes and dissolving smaller particles like viruses.
- Passengers will be seated throughout the cabin and the middle seats will be the last to be used. Families and passengers travelling together can still sit together.

Your face mask must cover your nose and mouth and must be made for the purpose - scarves and similar will not be accepted.
Different country authorities may have requirements in place at airports, so we recommend using a medical-grade face mask to ensure you’re permitted entry to your departure and arrival airport.
You need to ensure you have an adequate supply of masks for your entire journey. Masks should typically be changed every four hours.
Keep in mind that it might not be possible to purchase a mask at the airport, so we advise you to bring a mask with you.
Children under the age of 6 do not need to wear a face mask on board. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, you must present a medical document to the gate staff confirming this before boarding.
Did you know our onboard HEPA filters help to dissolve smaller particles (like viruses) as you fly? In fact, our air filters are so efficient, they capture almost 100% of all airborne microbes.
