Getting ready to fly

Covid-19 restrictions are still affecting our schedule. We have reopened many of our  popular destinations in Europe and Scandinavia in line with the increased demand for air travel. We continuously update our traffic program and we will increase both the routes and the frequency accordingly. Keep updated on our route network here

It’s your responsibility to the check the latest entry and transit requirements with the authorities in your destination before you travel.

  • Mandatory documentation may need to be completed some days before departure, or you may need to provide a negative Covid-19 test or a medical certificate and fill out entry forms to be allowed to travel.
  • Bring a black or blue pen, as you may need to complete forms on board before arrival.

Find the entry requirements for the destination you are traveling to in our interactive map here

Many countries require a negative COVID-19 test result (such as a PCR or rapid antigen test) and a medical certificate before you can board the aircraft, or before entering your destination or transit country. The type of test required, as well as the number of days or hours before arrival that the test was conducted, may vary depending on the country you’re travelling to.

Keep in mind that the requirements of a country can change rapidly, so we advise you to check travel advice regularly. See the latest entry requirement updates here.

From 17 June 2020 we are introducing the mandatory use of face masks for our passengers and cabin crew on board our flights. This is in line with recommendations from European authorities (EASA).

What does this mean for my upcoming flight?

  • Passengers are responsible for bringing their own face mask which must be worn during the entire flight, except when eating and drinking.
  • Your face mask must cover your nose and mouth and must be made for the purpose - scarves and similar will not be accepted.
  • These measures are in place to ensure the safety of all our passengers and staff, and we may not be able to accept you for travel if you are not wearing a face mask.

Are face masks mandatory for all travellers?

  • Children under the age of 6 do not need to wear a face mask on board.
  • If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, you must present a medical document to the gate staff confirming this before boarding.

What type of face mask is accepted?

  • Your face mask must cover your nose and mouth and must be made for the purpose - scarves and similar will not be accepted.
  • Plastic nose/face shields may be used in addition to a mask, but are not approved mask replacements
  • You need to ensure you have an adequate supply of masks for your entire journey. Masks should typically be changed every four hours.

Do I need to wear a face mask at the airport?

  • Different country authorities may have general face mask requirements in place, so we recommend using a medical-grade face mask to ensure you’re permitted entry to your departure and arrival airport.
  • Keep in mind that it might not be possible to purchase a mask at the airport, so we advise you to bring a mask with you.

We are making some temporary changes to our food and drinks service on board.

Flights under 2 hrs 15 min

  • We don’t currently have a food and drinks service available on board and we advise you to prepare in advance and bring refreshments with you.
  • Some airports may also have limited facilities open to purchase food and drinks.

Flights over 2 hrs 15 min

  • For flights departing from 21 June 2021 onwards we’ll have a selection of snacks and drinks for purchase. See and download our on board menu.
  • To limit surface contact on board, menu cards won’t be handed out and we will be unable to accept payments via cash.
  • You can pre-order a cold meal on selected international flights.
