The brainchild of Albert Adria – with a little help from big brother Ferran Adria of elBulli fame – Tickets is currently the hottest table in town, and gourmands will have to play roulette with the restaurant’s online booking system to get a reservation (do also check there for holidays). Those who do get lucky will get to sample an Alice-in-Wonderland style menu of avant garde tapas such as razor clams in ginger oil with lemon air, and rabbit ribs with foamed garlic mayonnaise.
