The current king of Norway’s burgeoning fine dining scene, this two Michelin-starred city centre restaurant, a short work from Oslo’s central station, prides itself of creating complex and beautiful Nordic dishes from local, seasonal produce. As a consequence it’s a set menu, which isn’t published, with a recommended set drinks menu to accompany it, with the cost for both per person working out at around €450. Advance booking is of course mandatory.
