Saint-Sulpice Church

Its construction was controversial and lasted more than 100 years, but all visitors agree on one thing: it was well worth the wait. The second largest church in Paris, completed in the late 18th Century, Saint-Sulpice also boasts one of the world’s largest organs, the organ case was designed by Jean Chalgrin – who also designed the Arc de Triomphe. The fountain in nearby Place de St Sulpice is also a good spot to take the weight off your feet for a while.
