Norwegian Holidays offers package deals for selected flights.
The following information and conditions is relevant to services purchased as part of a package with Norwegian Holidays.
Good to know: Individual services purchased separately and not part of a flight package (with Norwegian Holidays), are subject to the suppliers’ conditions.
Unless otherwise specified in these conditions, the conditions for Norwegian Air Shuttle will apply for the flight portion of the package. This information can be found at www.norwegian.com.
Bookings and payments
Norwegian Holidays bookings can be made for up to 8 passengers. All bookings must be made online at least 72 hours prior to departure. All bookings must be paid in full by credit card at the time of booking.
NOTE: Bookings are not available over the phone or by mail.
Changes are not permitted. Bookings are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Cancellation Protection is available for purchase at the time of booking.

Children under 18 years of age may not travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older on the same package.
Infants (under 2 years) will not have their own seat allocated. If you wish to purchase a seat for your infant, you must book the infant as a child. NOTE: You will be charged the regular child hotel rate if you book your infant as a child.
Advanced seat reservation is included in the package price.
It is not possible to purchase an extra seat for personal comfort, medical reasons or musical instruments.
Note: Passengers travelling with an infant (under 2 years of age) must phone Norwegian Holidays to make a seat reservation.
The standard (Nice & Tasty) menu is included in the package price on all long haul flights (flights to/from U.S, Canada, Thailand, Argentina, Brazil, Singapore and Caribbean - excl. flights between U.S/Canada and Caribbean).

Checked baggage: The Norwegian Holidays package price includes 2 pieces of checked baggage (max. 20kgs per piece) per person. If any piece of luggage weighs more than 20 kg, the extra weight will be charged as excess luggage. Individual baggage units must not exceed 32kg.
Excess baggage fees must be paid to our handling agents at the airport.
NOTE: Baggage allowances for Infants and information regarding the carriage of strollers and car seats can be found at www.norwegian.com.
Special baggage: To pre-order special baggage, such as ski and golf equipment, phone Norwegian Holidays after the package is purchased. Payments must be made at the airport on the day of departure. Bookings can also be made at the airport. The airport rate will apply to special baggage regardless if it is pre-ordered.
To ensure that we can meet your requirements for your flight, we ask you to please phone Norwegian Holidays immediately after making your booking online.
NOTE: Service dogs are not permitted in connection with Norwegian Holidays bookings.
Animals are not permitted in connection with Norwegian Holidays bookings.
All passengers with Norwegian Holidays bookings must check in before proceeding to the boarding gate.

Important information for all passengers with Norwegian Holidays bookings travelling to the US
All passengers travelling to the US will be required to provide the following additional information at check-in:
- Passport number and country of issue
- Passport expiry date
- Address in the US for the first night’s stay (except for citizens or residents of the US)
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender for the purpose of watch list screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. You may also provide your Redress Number, if available. Failure to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area.
TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice. For more on TSA privacy policies, or to review the system of records notice and the privacy impact assessment, please see the TSA website at www.tsa.gov.
Visa Waiver Program (VWP) and Electronic System Travel Authorization (ESTA)
The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) allows citizens of countries that are members of the VWP to travel to the US without applying for a specific visa. It is however a requirement of the US Department of Homeland Security for all passengers eligible to travel under the VWP to apply for an Electronic System Travel Authorization (ESTA).
ESTA applications must be submitted online and approved prior to departure. Most applications are approved immediately, however US government authorities recommend passengers to submit their application at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Must be travelling for business, pleasure, transit only
- Stay in the US for less than 90 days
- Hold a confirmed return or onward ticket
- Obtain an ESTA (recommend applications submitted 72 hours prior to departure)
NOTE: If you are not a citizen of a country that is a member of the VWP or do not meet the requirement for the VWP, please contact the US Embassy for information.
Norwegian Holidays – Terms and Conditions
All passengers with Norwegian Holidays bookings must agree to the Norwegian Holidays General Conditions for Package Travel and Norwegian Air Shuttle’s General Conditions of Carriage for the flight portion of the package.
It may be possible to request special services such as baby cots, non-smoking rooms and accessible rooms at the time of booking, however Norwegian Holidays cannot guarantee that such requests will be provided by the hotel. Please note that this may be limited depending on availability and can therefore not be guaranteed. Such services may be subject to additional charges, which may not be included in the package price.
Airport/Hotel transfers, tourist taxes, parking fees, meals, hotel fees, events, tips, and other additional fees and services are not included in the package price purchased from Norwegian Holidays provided this is not expressly stated on the voucher.
Please note that credit card, cash deposit and proof of identification may be required upon check-in at the hotel. Some hotels have restrictions such as age limits and these restrictions would be subject to each hotel's terms and conditions. Hotel ranking is not guaranteed.
Check-in / Check-out
Most of our hotels, if not otherwise specified, offer check-in until 12am (midnight). The normal check-out time is 12pm (midday), but may vary from hotel to hotel. Check-in and check-out time will be specified on the hotel voucher. It is not permitted to allow more people in the room other than what is sated on the hotel voucher, regardless of the room type.
In case of emergency
Please contact Norwegian Holidays should you experience problems with check-in at your hotel.
Transportation between the airport and the hotel is not included in the package price. We recommend that you check the distance between the airport and the hotel before making your booking.
Certain hotels might be subject to local taxes. This must be paid by the traveler directly at the hotel.
The cost stated for the car hire is for the entire rental period. For information about what is included/excluded in the package price, we refer to the information stated on your voucher.
Please keep this in mind as specific requirements may vary depending on the country where the car is rented. This may include restrictions such as the age limit and any additional charges. You will be asked to read and accept these requirements at time of booking.
