A traditional German Christmas market with an authentic German Christmas atmosphere can be found on the Southbank. Enjoy bratwurst and Glühwein while you shop among the wooden stalls, which sell everything from handcraft to German specialities.
Covent Garden is a good alternative, since everything from high street clothing chains to antique stores can be found among the Christmas decorations here.
For those looking for vintage, second hand and antique goods, the market on the Portobello Road is the place to be. For original Christmas gifts try the Duckie Christmas market: retro and kitsch reign supreme here.
