All tickets can be changed
You can change the destination and date for both Low fare and Fullflex tickets. Each change for low fare tickets costs 300 NOK per person per leg of the journey. Any price difference between tickets is also added. No refunds are given even if you change a ticket to a lower price category. Find out more here.

Reserve your favourite seat
A long trip goes much faster when you can chat together. If you pre-reserve seats and travel with hand luggage only, you can go straight to the gate without a boarding card. You save time and avoid queueing. Find out more here. |

Cancellation insurance
Cancellation insurance is an extra protection for you as our passenger. If you or any member of your immediate family fall ill, you can send a medical certificate, document your family relationship and cancel your ticket up to 30 minutes before departure, and have your entire ticket price refunded.
