If you wish to submit feedback or a claim for costs incurred during your recent flight, please complete one the forms as outlined below. Please note that all baggage claims must be sent via post. For more information, click here.  

Expense refund form 
If you wish to submit your feedback or a claim for additional expenses incurred during your flight, please complete the expense refund form.

Ticket refund form
If your flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 5 hours and you do not travel, you can apply for a refund of your ticket. You may also use this form to apply for a refund of taxes if you have chosen to cancel your ticket. Please complete the ticket refund form

Denied boarding form
If you have been denied boarding, please complete the denied boarding form.
