Password rules

Norwegian is increasing the security of its services. As part of this process, our Corporate portal users have been through a conversion process, with some people being required to change their user name.

To ensure optimum security procedures, a change of password is also necessary.

Certain rules apply to the new password:

- At least 8 characters
- Must contain both letters and numbers (NB: No other characters)
- Cannot include your user name
- Must be changed every 3 months

When you log onto the portal from Wednesday 20 October, you will be guided through the process of changing your password.

We would also like to remind you that the Corporate portal is a tool specifically developed for booking organisers. We would recommend those who are not defined as an administrator or booking organiser in the Corporate portal to set up their own individual profile via our website and enter their company’s corporate code there. All travel activity booked via individual profiles using corporate codes will still be registered under ‘statistics’ in the Corporate portal.

Important: Those who change a password used by several people are also responsible for passing on that change to the other users. Norwegian strongly recommends avoiding joint users and recommends setting up unique user accounts for everyone who books tickets.
