Norwegian Air Shuttle is Europe's fastest growing airline and has already established itself as a leading innovator in aviation.
In 2011 alone its capacity grew by 23%, carrying 15,968,000 passengers. Designed specifically for the digital age, the new inflight magazine will be available aboard all Norwegian planes from January 2013. The magazine will focus on travel and lifestyle, featuring the 115 destinations served by the airline. n by Norwegian will be a reflection of the innovative nature of the airline. Its superb contemporary design will complement the insightful content that has been tailor-made to engage
with the much-sought-after northern European market. The new magazine will also take full advantage of Norwegian's onboard WiFi, linking mag content with unique Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other websites, including advertisers' sites, which are all easily accessible by passengers during their flight.
The magazine's demographic is highly desirable. It has more business readers than any other Norwegian publication and its reach with influential decision- makers is second to none. In addition, this audience has a high propensity to spend on their travels across all product categories.
Looking to the future, Norwegian will launch its first long-haul operation in 2013, with initial routes connecting the Scandinavian capitals to New York and Bangkok. In addition, the airline has ambitious plans for growth and already has 222 new aircraft on order, one of the biggest orders ever.
