The Norwegian Group consists of the parent company Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA and the directly or indirectly fully-owned subsidiaries Norwegian Air Shuttle Sweden AB, Norwegian Long Haul AS, AB Norwegian Air Shuttle Finland Ltd and NAS Asset Management Norway AS. Norwegian Air Shuttle Polska Sp.zo.o is under liquidation and NAS Asset Management Ireland Ltd was liquidated during 2012. Additionally, Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA owns 100 percent of the communication services company Call Norwegian AS and 20 percent of Norwegian Finans Holding ASA (Bank Norwegian AS).
Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (Norway)
Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA is the parent company of the group and is responsible for all flight operations. The head office is at Fornebu outside Oslo. At year-end 2012 the Company operated 10 Boeing 737-300s and 58 Boeing 737-800s. On average 35 aircraft were based in Norway, 8 in Denmark, 12.5 in Sweden and 3.5 in Finland. 5 aircraft were at year-end inactive for maintenance purposes. Additionally, the Group has control over several Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV’s) which are established for aircraft financing purposes. These companies are included in the accounts for Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA.
Norwegian Long Haul AS (Norway)
Norwegian Long Haul AS is based at Fornebu outside Oslo. The company operates the Norwegian Group’s long haul operation with first flights scheduled for 30 May 2013.

Norwegian Air Shuttle Sweden AB is based at Arlanda airport outside Stockholm. The company supplies crew in Sweden and Finland and provide technical services. Flight operations in Sweden are operated by the parent company for efficiency purposes.
