Important information regarding Special Needs and Special Baggage:
Norwegian offers advance booking of Special Needs and Special baggage on our website, including the Agentportal. Prepayment of Special Baggage can only be made with bank- or creditcard.
For Amadeus E-ticket and groupbookings there are no changes.
Insert the SSR-entry in the PNR in Amadeus and the customer pays at the airport (special baggage).
** Amadeus Ticketless bookings are now being charged for Special Baggage on the Form of Payment (FP) entered in the booking, if you insert the SSR in Amadeus.
The following Special Baggage is charged by FP on Ticketless-bookings:
AVIH /PETC/BIKE/SPEQ/GOLF/WEAP/XBAG
