Change tickets

You have the option to change the name, destination and date/time of your ticket when you travel with Norwegian. Full Flex tickets can be changed without additional charges. If you have purchased a Low Fare ticket, you can pay to change your ticket. The applicable change fee and any price difference between the original ticket price and the new ticket will apply. All changes are made per person per segment. Refunds are not provided even if you change your flight to a lower price category.

To change your ticket:

  • All changes must be made at least 30 minutes before departure. Your credit card details must be provided every time you make a change.
  • Change your ticket by logging into the profile created when making your booking. Click here and log on.
  • If you booked a ticket without a profile, you can retrieve your booking by following this link. Fill in the information under “submit travel details” and a one-time SMS code will be sent to your mobile which will give you access to make the change.
  • Certain tickets cannot be changed online, and must be changed via our Contact Centre within our opening hours. Norwegian does not guarantee that changes can be made.
  • If you want to change a child ticket to an adult ticket, please phone our Contact Centre. The child ticket will be refunded once you have purchased a new ticket at the fare available for the same flight.
  • Changes made by telephone or at the airport incur an additional service charge per person per segment. 

Limitations
It is not possible to change booked international flights to domestic flights or vice-versa. It is also not possible to change a domestic flight within one country to a domestic flight within another country. Purchases cannot be made between VAT and non-VAT zones.

It is not possible to change the name for one leg of a journey that consists of multiple legs. It is not possible to upgrade a Low Fare ticket to a Full Flex ticket.

It is not possible to change your ticket by e-mail.

Payment
Payment is made immediately after the change is confirmed. You do not have the ability to return to your original booking once the change is made. All changes will be charged to your credit card.
