Contact our representatives at the airport to register any baggage irregularities. Damage baggage must be presented within seven days. Our handling agent will provide information regarding the processes you will need to follow.

| Charter bookings |
| |
Outside our ordinary route program, we offer aircraft charter, tailor made to our customers' needs. Charter is sometimes a cheaper solution when larger groups are travelling or when a customer can fill the capacity of our Boeing 737-300 aircraft which accommodates 148 passengers.
We fly charter to destinations in our ordinary route program as well as other destinations approved for operation. Prices for aircraft charter depends on distance, what airport is chosen, how many passengers and catering. Charter requests depend on availability in our ordinary route program. In most circumstances we have availability for late evening or night flights only.

Norwegian group bookings are available for flights only. For hotel reservations, or flight + hotel, please contact one of our partners – see the link on our website or contact your travel agent.
Special terms and conditions apply to group bookings. To make a group booking, select the amount of passengers (over 9) and complete your group booking request online.
