Direct to gate
|
|
Direct to Gate is a new service available to our passengers who travel with hand
luggage only on a flight within the Nordic countries and from the Nordic countries to
Europe.
All you need to pass through security without being checked in is either your travel
document or SMS ticket (if you have a smart phone). You must arrive at the gate at
least 20 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights and flights between the Nordic
countries and 30 minutes prior to departure for flights to all other destinations.
NOTE: Direct to Gate is not available for flights to the United Kingdom
or for flights from Europe into the Nordic countries.

Using your smart phone:
Open your SMS ticket from Norwegian. Click on the link "get ticket."
Show your SMS ticket on your phone at the security checkpoint and at the gate.

|
|
Using your travel document:
Print the travel document sent to your email address
at the time of booking.
Show the barcode on your travel document at the
security checkpoint and at the gate.

|
NOTE: Passengers with special needs, children travelling alone and passengers who are travelling with pets and oversized baggage must check-in at the check-in counter at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. |
