Norwegian has a group booking department which offers package group fares for groups of more than nine passengers travelling together.

Norwegian’s Group booking rules:
Quotation:
We can provide a group quotation when a minimum of 10 passengers are travelling together.
Quotations can be provided by sending an email or by filling in and sending the form on our website. We will send a quote within 48 hours.
Extension of group will be given fare dependent on actual capacity when the extra booking is made.
Extension of group being made less than 7 days before departure, will be charged a credit card.
A group consists of at least 10 passengers travelling between the same origin and destination. Additional passengers can be added to the main group from different destinations. A connecting ticket is valid for 24 hours from arrival to the departure at the transfer point.
Example: 8 people are travelling Stavanger-Oslo and 2 people are travelling Bergen-Oslo, and all 10 are travelling together from Oslo to Berlin.
Add-on tickets have to be booked 30 days before departure at the latest or prior to the rest balance deadline.
The offer from Norwegian will be valid for 7 days.
Changes:
It is not allowed to change dates or destinations for a group quotation. It is not allowed to split individuals from the group in order to travel on other dates/times than the group.
Discount for children:
Norwegian does not offer a discount for children in group bookings.
Infant (0-24 months):
Infants travel free of charge on domestic flights in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
For international flights the fare is 10 % based on net fare (fare exclusive taxes).
Deposit:
The deposit of 20 % (including taxes) of the ticket price must be paid within 14 days after the offer is accepted by the customer.
Please state form of payment when confirming the offer.
The amount must be paid in one transaction and is non refundable.
You may reduce the group by up to 10% without any loss of deposit.
However the group has to be minimum 10 persons after the reduction.
The deposit is non-refundable if the whole group is cancelled.
Deadline for reducing the size of the group is 30 days before departure or prior to the rest balance deadline.
An increase of number of seats requested may result in a new fare for the additional seats.
Outstanding Balance:
The outstanding balance must be paid 30 days before departure at the latest, and must be paid in one transaction.
The rest balance is non refundable.
If the group is booked within 30 days of departure, the booking must be paid in full within 72 hours of Norwegian confirming the seats.
Payment information:
Payment can be made by credit card or direct payment to our bank account. We do not invoice group reservations and please note that we only accept payments in currency given in the quote (DKK/NOK/SEK).
NB! During special seasons with high demand, the whole booking must be paid within 21 days of the customer accepting the offer.
Cancellation:
If the group cancels or reduces more than 10 % in size more than 30 days before departure, the deposit or rest balance paid for these seats are non-refundable.
Deadline for reducing the group is 30 days before departure as long as the rest balance is not paid.
In case of reducing the group, the number of seats can not be less than 10.
There is a NOK 50,- fee per person per segment for refund of taxes.
Name report:
Names must be added 30 days prior to departure at the latest. Please inform if children under 12 years of age are travelling with the group.
Name change is allowed, and less than 4 days before departure name change is done by calling the group department.

Luggage:
Included in the group price is 2 pieces of luggage of max 20 kg per piece per person. We cannot accept individual baggage units weighing more than 32kg. Fee for excess luggage is to be paid at the airport.
All checked-in baggage must be clearly marked with name and phone number.
We allow 1 piece of cabin luggage, max 10 kg (55x40x20cm)

Musical instruments:
Musical instruments 2-20 kg are defined as normal luggage following normal conditions if not exceeding 90cmx75cmx55cm. Otherwise a fee will be charged for oversized luggage.

Check- in:
Group passengers may use Norwegian’s check- in kiosks if having the itinerary or booking number available when checking in. You will find the booking number in the booking confirmation, and the itinerary is available at www.norwegian.no
Visa:
Please be aware that a Visa may be required for travel to some destinations. If you are in doubt, please contact the relevant embassy for more information. It is the passenger’s responsibility to insure that they have all the necessary documentation in place to travel
