Punctuality is vital for our passengers and Norwegian works hard to ensure that its aircraft adhere to a tight schedule. All the same and unavoidably, delays do occur from time to time. Inconvenience from delays can affect passengers’ travel itineraries, so we have therefore set out the following guidelines: if there is a delay of more than five hours, passengers can apply for a refund providing that the ticket is not used. If a delay causes a loss for passengers in excess of the refunded ticket price, or if passengers have not received a refund, Section 10 and Subsection 15.4 in Norwegian’s General Conditions of Carriage apply.
