Answer:
In accordance with our conditions we do not provide refunds for low-cost tickets. Once a flight is confirmed the booking is binding.
If you have travel insurance we advise you to contact your insurance company directly in cases where cancellations are made as a result of illness, as it is the insurance company which will make the refund in such cases.

We charge a fee of 50 NOK per person per leg of journey for refunds of taxes and duties.
