Some tickets can’t be changed on our website. If you are not able to change your ticket online please call the number below.
To rebook or change your ticket(s) you can call our Contact centre on: +47 21 49 00 15 or if you are in Norway, phone 815 21 815. A service fee will apply when you change tickets by phone.
Opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 06.00-22.00
Saturday: 08.30-19.30
Sunday: 08.30-22.00
All rebooking/changes must be completed at least 30 minutes prior to your original scheduled departure time.
